Terms of Service
Effective August 11, 2026. These terms govern your use of Athena, an introduction service operated by Verduzco Holdings.
Athena introduces people; she does not guarantee outcomes.
Who may use Athena
You must be 18 or older, single, and seeking a committed relationship. One account per person; you agree to be truthful with Athena.
What Athena does
Athena gets to know you through conversation, forms an understanding of you, and introduces you to one person at a time when she believes there is real potential. Introductions depend on readiness, compatibility, mutual interest and available members and are not promised in any fixed quantity.
Membership and purchases
Memberships renew monthly until cancelled. Purchases made through Apple are governed by Apple's terms; purchases on the web are processed by Stripe. Live-voice time and services are described at the point of purchase.
Your conduct
Be honest, be kind, and respect the privacy of anyone Athena introduces you to. Harassment, deception, or commercial solicitation ends membership without refund.
Ending your membership
You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. You may delete your account from the app; deletion is permanent.
Limits of liability
Athena is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, Verduzco Holdings is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from introductions or use of the service.
